This episode is about "Anshu invites Diya to his birthday party". Akshara surprises her family by coming home early. Naitik realizes how hard it is to take care of a baby. He praises Akshara for being a good mother to Naksh. Anshu refuses to celebrate his birthday with his family. Shaurya organizes his birthday party in a hotel. Diya asks her brother Samar to take her to Anshu's birthday party. Gayatri tells Akshara not to put sindhoor till she cures her skin allergy. Anshu tells Varsha and Akshara not to wear traditional clothes to his party.
