The elder daughter of veteran actors Hema Malini and Dharmendra gets engaged to Bandra based businessman Bharat Takhtani at a private ceremony took place on Sunday, 12th Feb, 2012 morning at Hema's Juhu bungalow. It was a family affair and only known face was Jaya Bachchan.
